A fundamental principle for our company is the respect for human rights. This respect is based on the principles of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work of the International Labour Organisation.

In the event that a violation of a human right is identified, the company is committed to prompt intervention and restoration of the dignity of the employee.

Working Conditions

Recruitment

Employees are informed of their terms and conditions of employment, their rights and obligations under national legislation and receive their employment contract.

Working Hours

The company fully complies with applicable labour laws on working hours and overtime and ensures that all employees are absent from work at least 1 day per week.

Daily working hours and statutory breaks are communicated to employees in a timely manner and may be changed by mutual agreement between the employee and the Company when feasible.

All forms of illegal work are expressly prohibited.

Licences and other benefits

The company respects and applies the provisions of the labour legislation regarding the prescribed leave (maternity-paternity leave, annual leave, annual leave, marriage leave, etc.).

The company has created appropriately designed rest areas that employees can use during their breaks.

Renumeration

The Company respects the national minimum wage legislation and offers wages that comply with applicable laws and industry standards. Employees are paid on time and on a regular basis, directly to their bank account with a detailed description of pay, overtime and deductions.

Employees are paid equally for equal work, regardless of race, gender, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, political beliefs.

In the event of dismissal or resignation, the Company shall comply with national legislation on statutory compensation of the employee.

Right to participate in workers' unions.

The Company shall ensure that employees can participate in labour unions without any intimidation or harassment. The Company wishes to develop a constructive dialogue with the legally elected representatives of employees with mutual benefits for both parties.

Verbal - physical violence

The Company deplores all forms of physical violence, verbal - moral - psychological degradation (mobbing), sexual harassment, diminishing the personality and dignity of employees, as well as threats or intimidation in the workplace. If any incident occurs, the victim employee shall report it to the Company's Personnel Manager, and may inform the sectoral Workers' Union to which he/she belongs as well as the local Labour Inspectorate.

Personal Data Protection

The Company, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, takes all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality, security and protection of employees' personal data and to prevent their alteration, loss, destruction and leakage to unauthorised third parties.
